Instructions for interpreting the practice and game schedule files during the spring and fall seasons are as follows:

To view your team's schedule open the spreadsheet.   You will see the all intramural and travel teams listed in the left hand column.   To view your schedule, click on the "plus" sign to the left of your team name.   This will open the spreadsheet to your games/practices.   Changes from the last version will be in Yellow.  A comment in the right hand column named "comments" will provide the history of the change and a brief description.   Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or concerns...

IMPORTANT: Procedure for game change requests is as follows. Please allow at least 24 hours for your request.

All requests must be made via email to field assignor, Mike O'Hearn: msohearn@armstrong.com  Please state your request clearly and succinctly within your email. Provide your contact info: email, home and cell phone. Provide date a response to your request is needed.
