2012/13 Info and Registration

Instructions for Online Registration:

Please follow these steps to complete your online registration:

1) Download and print the forms linked below (medical release, code of conduct and parent involvement document). They must be filled out and mailed to us. All three forms require signatures. Please download and print the pdf document (all three are within one pdf) by clicking here

2) After downloading the forms please continue to REGISTER ONLINE here.

3) Pay online securely by credit card or elect to send in a check within 7 days. (U15 players should elect to pay by check in order to receive the free registration.)

4) Print Registration form then continue on to register for the CIPP registration for USA Rugby and print the confirmation of that registration to provide to the coach.

Players must be registered online in addition to completing the forms from above.
