Milan Mitrovich - Middle Boys Coach
I graduated from Quaker Valley High School in Sewickley, Pa and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I started playing rugby in the second week of my freshman year of college and I've been involved with the sport as a player, coach, and administrator ever since. I joined the York White Rose in 1998 and played a significant role in the founding of the York & Lancaster Roses RFC in 2000. For the Roses, I was selected as an MVP in 2000 and 2001, and I served as captain in 2001-2002. From 2003-2006 I was the club's Forwards Coach, a period which included winning the 2005 MARFU Division 2 championship and finishing 4th in the national Division
2 semi-finals. Administratively, I have served the Roses as President, Vice President, Webmaster, and Tour Manager. My goal as Under-15 head coach is for our team members to have fun while learning the fundamental skills of the game, including safe tackling and intelligent support play.
