Welcome to the former Hempfield Rumblefish, travel soccer for girls born between August 1997 and July 1998.
The Rumblefish belonged to Hempfield Soccer Club, based in Lancaster PA.
We were a U10 team in 0708. For Spring 2008, we played U10 D1 in CPYSL. Over the winter we played indoor at Lanco Fieldhouse.

Greg Madden has been coaching soccer since 1998, primarily with Hempfield Soccer Club. He is also currently coaching the Hempfield Impact U19 Girls and Lancaster General College Women's Soccer. He holds a USSF "D" Coach's License and a USSF Level 8 Referee's License.
Payce Madden has been playing soccer since 1998, primarily with Hempfield Soccer Club. She has been a clinician for U8 players in Hempfield, and holds a USSF "E" Coach's License and a USSF Level 8 Referee's License.
Greg Heiges holds a USSF "D" Coach's License and a USSF Level 8 Referee's License.
Hempfield Rumblefish belong to Hempfield Soccer Club. Because our base age group is August 1997 to July 1998, you might hear us referred to at some point as Hempfield 97 Girls.
Since Spring 2007 we have played in Central Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League (CPYSL).
For Spring 2007 we played in Lanco League.
The Lanco League is a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA).
The EPYSA is affiliated with US Youth Soccer.
We may at some point play in Philadelphia Area Girls Soccer (PAGS).
CPYSL and PAGS are both members of US Club Soccer.
US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer are both affiliates of the United States Soccer Federation.
The USSF is a member of the Federation International de Football Association (FIFA).
Over the winter, we'll play indoors at either Lanco Fieldhouse or Red Rose Indoor Arena.
Every televised soccer game in the US is listed on www.livesoccertv.com. If you have cable in the Lancaster area, you are likely to get ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, Telemundo, Univision, and Comcast Mid-Atlantic. You can safely ignore the other listings. Watching great soccer is a great way to learn positioning and other techniques of team play.
East Petersburg Elementary School / field map
Mapquest Address. 1900 Linden Street, East Petersburg PA
From Route 741 exit of Route 283 (which is two miles west of the 30/283 interchange in Lancaster). Take Route 741 exit. Go north 2 miles on Route 741 West until you see East Petersburg Elementary School on your left. Park in one of the school lots. Fields are behind the school. It's a large complex. Look for the small-sided fields.

Utz Fields (Hanover)
Mapquest Address: 101 Kindig Lane, Hanover, PA 17331
From Lancaster: Follow Route 30 through York to the west side of York. From Rt. 30, take Rt. 94 south to Hanover, approximately 4 miles. Take a right on Clearview Road, dead ending at High St. At High St, take a left and go approximately 150 yards, and take your 1st right on Kindig Lane. Cross the railroad tracks and take your 2nd right into the Utz Quality Foods, Inc. parking lot. Follow the lane markings on the pavement to the left of the building and then go straight back. The fields are located behind the Utz building through 2 metal poles marking the entrance.
