Changes to Tryout Dates posted below:

The U-15 girls tryout originally scheduled for May 7 will now be held May 8 from 6:30-8:00 at the quad. The U-16 girls will still go on as scheduled on May 7.

The U13/14 Boys tryout that was originally scheduled for April 28th has been rescheduled to Wed, May 7 from 6:30 - 8:00 at the quad.

The U17 and up girls and boys tryouts have changed: The U17 and up girls tryouts will be held Sun, May 11th and Tues, May 13th from 6:30 to 8pm at the quad. The U17 and up boys will be held on Tues, May 13th and Wed, May 14th from 6:30 - 8pm at the quad.

Each tryout candidate should determine the appropriate age group and dates of corresponding tryouts below. All candidates are encouraged to attend all tryouts for their age group. If you wish to tryout an age up, you must first be evaluated at your appropriate age group at their first night of tryouts. Then you may attend the next older age group's tryout. Please read the procedure for playing up here.

Pre-registration online is mandatory. Please bring the following to bring to the first night of tryouts (these forms in no way obligate you to accepting a position on the team, they are merely our attempt to have all paperwork in hand should your child be offered a position on an HSC team):
1. the signed registration form (print after clicking submit or from link in email)
2. 1" by 1" photo
3. a copy of player's birth certificate
4. signed parent AND player code of conduct forms (2 forms)
5. tryout fee of $25 made payable to HSC
Coaches and independent evaluators will be involved in the evaluation process.
Every effort will be made to notify tryout candidates of acceptance or deferral within two weeks of the final tryout for their age group.

All tryouts will be held from 6:30 - 8PM at the artificial turf fields ("the Quad") across from the stadium on Mummaw Drive. Arrive 30 mins prior to tryout to submit paperwork and receive tryout shirt. Directions here.

Calendar is subject to change. Changes to original schedule will be shown in GREEN. Confirm date, time and location before coming to a tryout. Info will be posted here if there is a change. See birthdate info below calendar. ALL AGE GROUPS MUST CHECK-IN EACH DAY AT THE QUAD 30 mins prior to tryout start time and bring the required paperwork/forms.

U9 - Born between 8/01/99 and 7/31/00 note: those born between 8/01/00 and 7/31/01 are also eligible for U9
U10 - Born between 8/01/98 and 7/31/99	U15 - Born between 8/01/93 and 7/31/94
U11 - Born between 8/01/97 and 7/31/98	U16 - Born between 8/01/92 and 7/31/93
U12 - Born between 8/01/96 and 7/31/97	U17 - Born between 8/01/91 and 7/31/92
U13 - Born between 8/01/95 and 7/31/96	U18 - Born between 8/01/90 and 7/31/91
U14 - Born between 8/01/94 and 7/31/95	U19 - Born between 8/01/89 and 7/31/90

After Completion of Tryouts:

Accepted candidates must reserve their spot on the team within a specified time period by submitting their acceptance online. The link will be included in your acceptance email along with directions regarding where to mail your non-refundable acceptance fee of $200 - $265, due within 5 days of acceptance. The acceptance fee will be applied to your annual player fees and a payment schedule for the remaining annual team fees and coaching/training fees will be distributed at tryouts.
Within three weeks of accepting a position on the team, additional information and the date for a team meeting will be emailed to you. Uniform info will be included at that time. We will provide a time and form for your fitting. All HSC players will need to purchase a full uniform kit for the 2008/2009 seasons. The uniform style will not be replaced again until 2010/11.
At the first team meeting you will be required to provide necssary documents and contact info. Meeting discussion will also include practice schedules, league plans and tentative tournament selection. All players and a parent must attend this meeting. The necessary documents and paperwork listed below will also be collected at that time.
