U14-U19 Girls schedules are available from your coach.  Please note: Game schedules are subject to change without notice. The best source for accurate and current info is your coach.

  Girls Intramural Quick Overview (Spring 2006 Season). Coaches will contact players by March 5th.  Field setup is March 18th (snow date will be 3/25). Practices begin in late March. First game day targeted for April 2nd (pending LAGS league scheduling). Pictures will be taken 4/30 and 5/7.  LAGS Festival targeted for June 4th (pending LAGS league scheduling).  Games are Sunday afternoon.
  U12-19 Girls are affiliated with Lancaster Area Girls Soccer. LAGS bylaws are available online

  Attention Parents/Guardians - Please review the Parent's Rules of Conduct that you agreed to when registering your child to play soccer with Hempfield Soccer Club.
  7th Grade and Up: 7th & 8th grade girls who play soccer on the Middle School team are allowed to play on a U14 Girls Intramural team. High School girls are not allowed to play on both the High School team and Girls U16 & U19 Intramurals at the same time.

U12-U19 Girls Intramural Program
The Intramural Teams in this age group play "out-of-house." Hempfield teams play other intramural teams within Lancaster County. The Intramural Coordinators attempt to make the intramural teams competitive within each age group. The composition of teams may be revised after the fall season, depending on number of players who sign up and ability of those players. Individual skills are still taught. However, the emphasis on team play will be addressed as players progress through the years.

Field Size: Length - 100-130 yards; Width - 50-100 yards. Length always exceeds width.
Laws of the Game: Conform to FIFA Laws of the Game with some modifications.
Roster Size: An average roster size is 16 players.
Field Players: 11 players on the field during the game (including goalkeeper).
Playing Time: All players play at least 50% of the total playing time.
Ball size: U12- Size 4. U14 and older- Size 5.
Games: Boys - Saturday Mornings, Girls - Sunday Afternoons.
Practices: Two, 1 hour 30 minute (maximum) evening practice, twice per week.
Fall Season: Begins the first weekend after Labor Day and runs for 8 weeks.
Spring Season: Begins in early April or the first weekend after Easter and runs for 8 weeks.
Fall Tournaments: Girls - last weekend of October.
Spring Tournaments: Girls - weekend after Memorial Day Observance.
